Why is one of the fonts curved in photoshop?

Greetings.
There is a Helvetica Neue font in the system and in Photoshop for some reason it "collapses, crashes, deteriorates ...". I will give a good example below: in it I simply increase the font size and see what happens to it (depending on the size). What can be done about it? This has been observed for a long time. Once I did something with this font in the system, but since then I have tried to remove it and install a new one, but to no avail, even one or two versions of the OS have already changed.

Ps is a raster editor, and the fonts are drawn in vector, so in order to display the text, Ps “converts” it and does it according to certain rules that are configured here:

Try adjusting this parameter - the rendering will change.
