Why such a small scale?

On a new laptop, some applications (like Photoshop) have button and text scales that are much smaller than standard. Could you help me to sort out the problem?

Right-click on the shortcut, in the compatibility tab there will be a daw something like disable scaling or something like that, there is no way to check what it's called. Try to change it
