How to make photoshop cc 2015 full screen like finder in os x el capitan?

Is there a way to make Photoshop full screen like other programs? For some reason, instead of two arrows on the green button on the left, I have a plus sign that adjusts the height of the window between the top menu and the dock

I also searched for the answer to this question, but did not find it. But I remembered such a bitter key as "F" , and now swipe up on the trackpad with three fingers and create a desktop and move PS there, well, then you already understood :)

I know it's too late to answer your question, but!!!
System Preferences --> Menu Bar and Dock --> Automatically hide and show the menu bar (At the very bottom)
