How to solve the problem of optimal combination of Xcode versions, OS X and Mac laptop models among themselves for Apple Story?

Hi all. I need help on the topic of the optimal combination of Xcode, OS X and Mac laptop versions for further placement of the finished application in the Apple store.
Initial situation:
1. Laptop:
MacBook Pro
15" Core 2 Duo
Processor 2.33 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo
Memory 2 GB
Software Mac OS X Lion 10.7.5 (11G63)
2. Installed on the current version of OS X Xcode 4.6.3 (The highest version for OS X Lion was calculated using the free software provided by Apple - they have a section for all sorts of things there)
3. Wrote an app for its subsequent placement in the Apple Store.
4. I paid $99 - although these bourgeois did not warn in writing about some important requirements for applications (or maybe I didn’t read something important when registering and paying) - but this is not the problem. In the process of a tedious study of submitting an application in the Apple Store, it turned out that the Application Loader 3.0 offered by Apple is not installed, it gives out some kind of message in Japanese characters, I think it swears at the Xcode version, it requires higher than it costs now. The package with installed Xcode 4.6.3 comes with Application Loader 2.8 - he also spat, through him it was also impossible to submit the application, as well as through the built-in Organizer. As a result, in a cunning way, I found and downloaded the free Application Loader 2.9.1, which began to perform several stages of submitting, but stopped at the error that it was necessary to place applications written in Xcode at least version 6 in the Apple store !!! (This is something I don't think the Apple Store warns about when paying $99 - correct me if it's wrong).
Conclusion from paragraphs 1-4: it is necessary to install Xcode version 6 on the current laptop.
5. Found info: Xcode 6 works on OS X Yosemite (10.10) and OS X Mavericks (10.9) - no lower.
6. Next, I dug out the info: OS X Mavericks (10.9) is on the MacBook Promid to late 2007 apart from other models. Through the Internet service, by the serial number of OS X, I found out that my laptop is listed as April (month 4) 2007. QUESTION: who knows, April among the bourgeois is considered the middle of the year? :) I.e. The laptop is already obviously not able to help me place the application in the Apple Store, or can I still try to load it with the necessary software versions? :)
7. I started looking for Mavericks: using Internet docks - downloading an image or something resembling Mavericks through the Apple Store failed - the Apple Store writes that this product is not free for Russia, although I did not see paid Mavericks in the Store . (All possible latest updates are on the laptop.) QUESTION: is the absence of a product for Russia in the Apple Store - is this a normal situation?I ask, because I have never used Apple or iPhone. (I suffered with this Apple - Google with its android has everything very simple and beautiful in relation to Linux, including placing the application itself on Google Play).
8. I managed to find and download: where are the iso images, and where are the archives in dmg for OS X Lion, Mountain Lion, Mavericks. According to the manuals, I made bootable flash drives through the disk utility, but when I start the laptop from the flash drive with Mavericks (with the choice of this launch after pressing ALT), the current OS is loaded. I tried to run the Mavericks installation from the unpacked dmg, but the installer - like contact AppleCare... I also tried to install Mountain Lion from a flash drive, i.e. install the next OS after Lion - the installer said that Mountain Lion can not be installed on this laptop and that's it - no more information.
GENERAL QUESTION: what to do? Finish off the problem with installing OS X Mavericks, if it is possible of course for this laptop, and then install Xcode 6 or look for another Apple laptop. Who faced what? If you have any information to add on my situation so that you can help me more effectively in all this hodgepodge of problems, ask - I will answer. It is not necessary to give advice on increasing the RAM - 2GB was enough for me, because. The written application is very simple and lightweight.
And thinking out loud :) - in order to place an application for android in google play, I needed: find a laptop with a processor that supports VT-x - 1 day, then install Ubuntu 14.04 - 10 min., install Android Studio - 30 min., from scratch studying the topic of android applications and writing the application itself - a couple of days, registering-purchasing a Google account - 5 minutes, placing the application in the player - 5 minutes, moderation - 1 hour - that's it !!! With the iPhone application - a continuous series of problems without end and edge - tin!

"With the iPhone application - a continuous series of problems without end and edge - tin!" Not using a 9 year old operating system and a laptop is not an option?
By the way: are you sure that your application will work correctly on current versions of devices and generally compile with the new sdk?
