VPN with custom ports?

There is a need to raise the VPN and raise it by its ports, but it also requires an iOS client that could be configured to such non-standard ports.
Are there, in general, similar solutions in nature (I'm talking about the client side)?

There is no way to test, but can I enter the server in the format "address: port" in iOS?

Please tell me what exactly do you mean by VPN? This technology includes a whole set of protocols: PPTP, L2TP, IPSEC, etc. For PPTP, for example, the concept of ports is not used, but the protocol number is used. There are also SSTP and OpenVPN which are the most compatible with all guest internet access types. They use the concept of a port.
