How to make one layer from a scene with several layers in After Effects and throw it into another scene?

In the second animated arrows (swipe up).
How to merge these arrows from the second scene into one file (I don’t know how it’s called correctly, I’m a newbie) such as a file with such an icon in
order to move it to the main scene later
