There is a western service that provides paid remote access to a physical computer with pre-installed software for developers www.macincloud.com
I was looking for a similar service for designers, but did not find it, but I need to work on video in Adobe After Effects, but my hardware is weak.

Here everything rests on the channel width - working with compressed video is unacceptable (the result will not be similar to what the author sees), and in real time it is almost impossible to transmit video without compression (unless you have 10 gigabit optics).
