First steps in Adobe Animate CC, who can help?

Need help creating a .swf (Flash) animation:
1. Should I choose HTML5 Canvas or WebGL?
1. How to add text?
2. How to create a digital clock script?
3. How to insert a video sequence (from a regular .mp4 video) and loop it?
4. Is it possible to organize a camera stream as a video sequence (be it a city street)?
I know you can google it, but there are no instructions for Adobe Animate, only legacy versions of Adobe Flash. I hope for your understanding and help.
