Why won't presets open in adobe after effects?

For some unknown reason, AE does not want to open saved text presets through Bridge, giving an error. Like this: https://cs7060.userapi.com/c540102/v540102014/116d...
What can be done about this problem?

Presets need to be placed in the appropriate folder with .ffx After Effects presets (google will tell you where for your version of the program), then open them through the presets and effects panel inside the program.

We are talking about the presets that the developers have invested. They (in theory) are where they should be - in the Presets folder according to the version. And they don't open.
