The task is to redirect all requests to non-existent directives (such as site.ru/page or site.ru/page ) to the site root to index.php
At the same time, everything that came after the domain name of the name should go into a get request
That is, if you type in this site.ru/page/1 , the server will process this site.ru/index.php?url=page/1
