I change the root directory but nothing comes out, tell me why?

root relative to which grub will look for images is given in set root='hd0,msdos1', you didn’t change it, did you? For /dev/sda2 it should be hd0,msdos2. And in addition, the GRUB module for the file system on /dev/sda2 must be loaded so that it can load something from there.
