How to make friends between an Exchange account and the Mail app?

Hello everybody!

The admins updated the mail server and the standard Mail application stopped working with the Exchange account. An error:

Can't verify account name or password

New fields appeared in the account settings: Internal URL and External URL.

The login and password are correct, I used mail with these settings, but it was after the update that an error appeared. The admins didn't say anything.

It's funny, but the Gmail app on Android works with the account without errors.
