How to make automatic image uploads in Outlook?

The bottom line is this:
I am doing a mailing list for 200 emails with the equipment in stock. For convenience, in mailchimp I made a breakdown into categories and made pictures for each category "to attract attention." There are no more than 5 such pictures in total. for one letter. The problem is that neither the company logo nor the pictures are opened for Outlook users. the default program blocks these pictures. In most cases, users are lazy or don't notice the "upload images.." button.
Is there any way to bypass this limitation and make automatic image loading?
