Where can I find tutorials on Outlook Add-ins?

I'm trying to find guides for outlook add-ons, but apart from the official one from Microsoft, I couldn't find it. Officially it doesn't work. I create, change according to the guide, launch it, but after adding the add-on, I don’t see the buttons (I’m testing on the web version)
