Some users in the organization, in addition to the personal "name" mailbox of the %username%@%domain%.ru type, have an additional public mailbox of the %box%@%domain%.ru type connected. This public mailbox must be made the default mailbox so that new letters are sent from it without additional manipulations. In the 2007 office, this was solved by creating a new configuration with the mailbox %box%@%domain%.ru specified "like a username" and in its properties the user's namebox was already indicated as an additional one. After migrating to 2016 office, this cannot be done. People who have already created mail profiles in 2007 can send messages on behalf of %box%@%domain%.ru, nothing has changed for them. But if you create a configuration from scratch, then the letters hang in the outbox, an error is generated about the inaccessibility of the mailbox. I.e, a person works on his old PC, migrated to 2016 - there are no errors, everything is as it was. He moves to another place where his mail profile does not exist - screams and horrors begin. Hello again, solution found. When creating a new configuration in the mail, first add a user account of the form %username%@%domain%.ru, then immediately the second account - the mailbox %box%@%domain%.ru. Next, on the accounts tab and in the data files, by default, set the account for the mailbox %box%@%domain%.ru. After restarting the mail client, the mailbox %box%@%domain%.ru is displayed by default, letters leave it, are correctly displayed in sent and deleted. It was decided by the poke method, I did not find a separate article on this matter. Thank you all for your attention!
