How to make an image of a VMware vSphere virtual machine?
There are a couple of servers with ESXI, each with 3 virtual machines. We need to make their images. There are VMWARE tools when they allow you to make an image? And how can this task be accomplished?

If you just want to reserve them - do an export.
File->Export->Export OVF Template. The machine must be turned off, the cursor should be on the machine. In the web interface, this will be in Actions->All vCenter Actions->Export OVF Template, respectively. The machine will be unloaded into a directory containing three files - checksums, XML with a description of the equipment and the disk itself. Moreover, the disk will be unloaded depending on the model, the "thin" one will be the size of the actually occupied part.
If we are talking about an image for subsequent transfer to physical hardware, then we need tools for V2P / P2V migration, for example:
Acronis
VMware Converter Standalone
