I am developing a payment system for the site. One of the withdrawal methods is a Qiwi wallet, I need to validate the number in php. What to do? Manually check the number, looking at the countries or are there ready-made solutions? (As far as I know, cash desks for websites only imply payment for goods, but not withdrawal)
