How to speed up cms Moodle?

Greetings, there is a website/platform based on MOODLE for online training and certification at:
online.specialist45.ru
the problem is that the system is very slow, you can’t cheer it up. :( (I saw a lot of similar sites on Moodle, everything works well and loads quickly there)
The system is installed from the auto-installer of applications on Beget hosting. Hosting is not cheap, and has always pleased with the stability and speed of work, does anyone have experience in optimizing the work of this platform The hosting claims that everything is set up properly on the server (caching and other php accelerators).I would be grateful for advice and tips on this problem...

@webirus

Or on the server side check mobiledetect.net

It looks like you have theme debugging enabled there. Google suggests that it is disabled in Appearance > Themes > Theme Settings

The first step in any optimization is analysis. Take monitoring tools - htop, atop, iotop, iftop and see what slows down.

Thanks a lot! The problem is solved, turned off the "Theme Designer Mode" in the theme settings and everything was ok!
There's even a note under the option :
"Typically, to improve performance, all the images and style sheets of a theme are cached in browsers and on the server for a very long time. If you are designing themes or editing source code, then you should probably enable this mode in order to Do not use cached versions Warning: This will slow your site down for all users!You can manually clear the cache on the Theme Chooser page instead."
