Synthesizing speech to a website but not Web Speech Api?

What libraries or something else are there for voice acting ( speech synthesis ) on the site ? Web Speech API is not suitable for me personally .

I also know about Yandex Speechkit, but it does n't suit me either.

Fill in the array with form id (letter is better) and headings. In each form, there is a hidden field with the id of the form. Ajax is one for all. When sending to the server, check the value from the hidden field, substitute the value from the array and send the letter. All.

The best open Russian language voice engine I know is rhvoice , available in all forms, from Windows SAPI to a compiled library or android version.
You make it in the form of a backend and send the lines of text necessary for synthesis through it.
You won't find a better option. In theory, you can run the library on the client side by building the library on WebASM, but I'm not sure if this will give any benefit.
