How to make a new window with a Project panel in PhpStorm?

The project is open, a lot of open files.
I take the "file" out of the project and it turns out a window without a panel with Project.
I want to transfer to another monitor, in one monitor some file types, in the other others, etc.
But there is no panel on the left in the new window. The panel is only in the "main".

In the current version of PhpStorm - no way. Menus, panels, tabs, etc. - only in the main window.
