How to remove a system extension like kext that left behind an application in MacOS?

https://github.com/mattingalls/Soundflower/releases I downloaded the extension from github, attached the link. After uninstalling with uninstaller everything was gone. Soon I found this file Soundflower.kext in the /Library/StagedExtensions/Library/Extensions/Soundflower.kext folder and you can't delete it even under the administrator account using standard methods. I'm not a programmer, so I'm asking for help. I don't understand how to remove it.

1. Disable SIP.
2. Upload kext.
3. Remove kext.
