Why doesn't VLC on MAC OS always display filenames?

Hello.
There are a number of videos. I add them to VLC. File names after adding are displayed randomly. Some are replaced by the same name. Apparently, something is twitching from meta tags, and they are different for files. Never had this problem on Windows. You add files - their names are displayed. How to fix? Or at least how to see the meta tags? There is nothing in the properties.

Found it myself. Because in VLC, by default, the file name is taken from the meta information about the file. This is a feature of VLC. There are many questions on the foreign Internet on this topic. None of the options worked for me, except to take and remove all ID3 tags for the file. You can change one option in the settings, which will help display the file name in the window title, but it is useless, because. in the playlist, file names will not be used anyway.
