How to lower local administrator rights in Windows 7?
Hello
I installed the OS about 5 years ago and, following the advice of the articles of that time, I activated the built-in super administrator account and made it my own.
Now I'm learning Linux (only to use it for a virtual machine while learning yii2) and I realized that sitting as a super administrator (root) is bad.
Created a new user, made it to the administrators group. I deleted my account from administrators - an error like "this built-in entry cannot be removed from this group."
What to do to stop being an admin, but all the software worked?

Enable UAC and raise its control level.
All software will ask for access to administrative operations.
You can change the behavior (eg: prompt for a password) for all administrative operations:
Open the Local Group Policy snap-in by running: gpedit.msc
In it:
Local Computer Policy > Windows Settings > Security Settings > Local Policies > Security Options
And there:
Ещё можно попробовать скопировать профиль в нового пользователя с более низкими правами, чтобы и пользоваться ПК не под администратором, и сохранить при этом профиль.
Лучше сделать резервную копию, прежде чем экспериментировать.
