What to choose: Windows POS or Android POS terminal?

Tell me which version of the stationary (in the form of a touch monitor) POS terminal to choose: Android or Windows?
Requirement:
- It is necessary to connect an NFC scanner and a fingerprint scanner to the POS-terminal using a separate device via USB (or other interface).
- POS terminal to be able to connect an additional monitor for the client.

Will these requirements be equally available on Android and Windows?
