How can I hibernate a Win7 computer if the average CPU load and network activity are below the limit for n minutes?
The task is to hibernate (hibernate) the computer upon completion of all resource-intensive tasks assigned to it - downloading / sending something large and / or performing a large amount of calculations (video encoding, file archiving, etc.).
You can determine the fact of completion more or less accurately by the long-term subsidence of the average (more precisely, better than the median) levels of processor load and network activity.
Advise a way or the program to do it.
Thanks in advance.
