How to look for a job (respond to vacancies) without work experience?

Good afternoon. I have been studying front-end development for several months now. Looking through the requirements for vacancies and the questions that are asked at interviews, I decided that I was already ready to change jobs (now I work in another field).
I made a portfolio for myself, in which several adaptive sites + a couple of simple react applications from test tasks that are in the public domain, pulled up the theory, etc.
There are not so many vacancies for juniors, but there are many vacancies without grade indication, but work experience of a year or more is required everywhere. The requirements that are there, that there are approximately the same: html, js, react, etc. Naturally, I understand that junior and mid should show a different amount of knowledge.
Essence of the question. What to write in a cover letter when applying for a job? What to say about experience? Is it worth responding to "non-Junior" vacancies?

Send out offers with vacancies and wait for a response, and at the same time learn js. There are no other options))
Regarding experience from a year, then in what sense? Job entry? You can go freelancing - also an experience. If you need a recording in the labor force, then ask employers if they officially arrange a huge number of studios now, they don’t officially take them on a trial period at least.
If only recording from a year is important, and then you will think about what to do next and how to develop, then you can go to smaller studios where, as a front-end developer, you will do everything related to sites from design to a turnkey site, and in this case, the demand is from you there will be less because you do everything at once, and not just one thing and with a deep understanding, but this is if the employer does not have inflated self-esteem, because startups often want you to do everything at the highest level and for a penny.
Good luck
