How to get into business/systems analysts?

Hello! I ask for your advice, maybe someone has come across a similar ...
How to proceed in order to finally get to the Business Analyst. This path has already taken me a couple of years and so far unsuccessfully.
What is:
Work experience not in Aichi over 6 years, all experience in logistics.
xls; initial SQL; Extensive experience in writing instructions (not technical); Experience in writing technical specifications (small); Experience in drawing diagrams in BPMN notation; Experience in collecting wishes for the development or change of processes;
What you need:
Get into business analysts, but they don’t take it, because. the experience is not profile, little TK is written.
Which path is better to choose?:
1) Go to manual testing and after a year look for a BA (acquire on technical parts);
2) Go to junior project manager and after a year search (less in those parts, but in the same area);
3) Trying to find a completely junior BA position (there are almost no such vacancies and graduates are hired);
4) Gain skills (which are not enough) for BA on your own, until you continue to work not in the profile (the gap with the IT sector will only grow);

Business analytics is more analytics than IT.
Therefore, it is advisable to look for vacancies in the company whose activities you are familiar with.
A completely stupid example:
The chief accountant can quite easily go to business analytics in 1C accounting, since accountant knowledge is in high demand in this position.
That is, try to find a position where they write some kind of software on logistics.
Or, yes, look for options through a junior position, just to get a job in a project, get acquainted with the project on the spot and try to switch to analytics.

You can choose any of these paths, each one is suitable, but here your determination and luck come into play. You need to find a place that is promising. Then take an interesting or not very position and go on the path of development to a business analyst. The management should initially tell about these goals, they will be interested in such a specialist and will help (if the company is really adequate and you are lucky).
Sitting right now and waiting for the weather by the sea, it makes no sense to learn something. Try, search, break through, negotiate, find out.
