Probationary period without registration?
I'm getting ready for work. The employer tells me that like the first month is a trial period and he will not draw up anything at all. Those. don't even bring your passport. Is this normal? I’ll work for a month, and he will tell me that I don’t suit him and he won’t pay anything. There must be at least some kind of temporary agreement.
P.S. Before that, I did a test task for them for almost a month. Well, here I myself am to blame, I had to study a lot ... But still.

no, not normal.
normal - an employment contract from the first day. Yes, the salary for the probationary period may be less than for the main one.
I agree with the above comrades.
As an option, at least under a civil law contract to take shape. In the contract, indicate the term of work, amount, etc.

I, too, was like this only for 3 months (without registration, everything was on parole), everyone paid, but it didn’t fit in the toga either. Yes, and I didn’t want to myself, the project was too old, like a mammoth, legacy code and a worthless team to boot.
