How to choose a chair for a programmer?
Which chair is better out of these two is more comfortable and so on?
after a couple of hours the back/neck starts to hurt
Chairs Harachairs, for example. This is approximately comparable to the budget ttps://habr.com/ru/post/437120/
But the problem is hardly in the chair.
Muscles are weak.
Planks need to be done (these are static exercises)
Ideally, bring up to 5 minutes.
For a healthy person, a 2-minute plank should not be a problem.
If you don't hold even 30 seconds, you're doing badly.
Up to 15 thousand there are NO normal chairs, only fakes for orthopedic ones. Naturally fakes do not work normally.
The only option in your budget is Markus from Ikea.
other chairs with normal back support - from 25K, the most optimal Profim
If good chairs are Okamura, Herman Miller (70K+)
The choice of a chair, it is just like the choice of a mouse - individualized to the extreme. What is perfect for one person may not work for another.
I was looking for a chair with good back support, so that the back is supported rather than reclining into a reclining position. I don't know how super-expensive chairs behave in this regard, of course, but the chairs that I looked at were of two types - with a rigidly fixed back and with a swing. Those with a rigidly fixed - as a rule, the armrests are rigidly attached to the seat and to the back, and this entire angle sways. It looks cool, it’s probably good to put a secretary in such a chair ... after removing everything that is removed from it from the beginning :) But it’s impossible to work in such a chair - because when you need to lean back - your back gets tired - oh, and you almost recline .
Therefore, I have a relatively inexpensive chair at home, I don’t remember the brand, but it cost about 5 rubles.
I am sitting on an old Soviet wooden chair from a local factory; there were no less than tens of millions of these throughout the Union. In addition to it, about a year and a half ago, I bought a “cape” on the back for 50 rubles in a fixed price, to support the lower back - it helps to maintain posture. Everything else is stupid and stupid excess.
I recently had a similar issue. I went to the doctor, in parallel I changed the chair. We have little to try in the city, so I bought this (it was in stock and my body approved): https://www.dns-shop.ru/product/df4405e120173330/k... I
immediately noticed one interesting feature. I am about 185 cm tall, and in no chair before my legs were at a right angle (between the lower leg and thigh), here the height allows. True, I had to raise the table 10 centimeters higher than the standard one, but I had an ikea table with height adjustment (like a bekant).
Now it's a completely different matter. How I set everything up for myself (including the armrests), I was surprised how I used to live at all :)
I changed 3 chairs, they last for 2-3 years, then something breaks, I don’t buy more computer chairs, now I took some garden iron chair to it with ropes, screwed a pillow on the seat, a towel roller to support the lower back and a stick with a pillow, the headrest, everything is under I made myself now just an ideal, only the armrests are missing.
