Do I need a diploma for IT specialists in EU countries?
Hi all.
I want to clarify how critical the question is about education if you get a job as a programmer in the EU?
It seems to me that in IT they pay more attention to experience and knowledge.
I'm self-taught, I have no education, but a lot of work experience (and-no shops, blogs, etc. are long gone, only hardcore).
So, why am I, how critical is this issue abroad?
If it is critical, will the option of buying a diploma entered into the database "prokana"? Will they check at all?
Thanks in advance for your replies))

As well as in the CIS, where as.
It is strange to ask such a question here, and not to the employer.
It is not very clear if you are a very seasoned person, where do you get such childish questions from?
After my first job, I realized that I could go anywhere without a diploma.
Taking into account the fact that now it is possible to simply live in Europe for not expensive, and for IT people money is not a problem, you should not ask such questions at all.
This is not a question of the employer, but of immigration.
With immigration and various point systems, education matters.
If you are going directly under some employer, then this issue is easier to solve. But there are fewer employers who are ready to deal with such potential employees than those who will take a person with a residence permit.
