How to learn US English effectively?
A lot of free time (10 hours a day), but not for long. I want to speak and understand American English closer to summer. How realistic is this?
I already have a little knowledge at the level of a gamer, from absolute zero I do not need training. But if it's worth it, then I'll agree. What literature, courses, sites should be used for this purpose? Preferably free education or maximum budget

The best thing is live practice. If it is not there, then the films are in the original for several hours a day. if there is a Russian text - turn it on, but you can do without it. try to highlight individual words, repeat and translate.
From applications Ligvaleo, Memrise.
There are also sites where you can watch series with subtitles and work on unknown words. Google search "Learning English with subtitles"
Watch everything in the original (without subtitles), read in the original and it would be nice to talk to someone in English
perfect for basic vocabulary and simple language constructs:
https://www.duolingo.com/
The method of immersion, if uncomfortable - at first partial.
That is, to introduce into your daily practice constant communication (what he said in Russian - speak additionally in English), watch videos, news, read the press - everything is in English.
I also recommend Dmitry Petrov's courses. YouTube is full of them.
In half a year you can master Hindi, not like English)
Good luck!
You can hire a tutor. I found myself https://preply.com/en/skype/english-tutors?sort=pr... and it's not expensive at all.
But films with Russian subtitles also train vocabulary and hearing well.
