The best English textbook for every day (divided into lessons)?

I am looking for a textbook almost from scratch so that I can learn a certain chapter every day. Perhaps there are specially written in this way.

From my own experience I can say that cramming theory from books is not effective.
I advise you to read more on different topics - news \ prof. articles \ humor, etc., watch TV shows and cartoons, read comments and correspondence of people (github issues for example). Together with the theory, the result will be what you need.
