How to learn "programming" English?

Hello.
This question has been asked a billion times and the answers to it on the net are dark, they are all of varying degrees of prescription, relevance, etc. Now there are a huge number of sites, applications, services with different methods of studying, and it is very difficult to choose from all this variety, and I don’t want to waste time.
I would like to know opinions, to whom which method (or a specific service / application, etc.) seems to be the most suitable for my case - namely, the case when I do not need to be able to speak English, write competently or even write at least as much as I need it is to be able to read and understand articles / books / documentation on the topic of IT- that is, for all sorts of programming languages, technologies, etc. For example, it comes to my mind to just memorize words in batches and repeat them regularly, but is this right? If correct, how to most effectively organize even just memorizing words? What words to start with, etc.? I would appreciate your help.
