Why does Chrome for Android think I write from right to left even though the language settings are set to Russian?

There is a tablet Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 with Android version 4.4.2. Chrome installed. About two months ago, the interface in Chrome suddenly changed - the first open tab is located on the right, the next to the left of it, the crosses for closing the tabs on them are located on the left, and the button to open a new tab is to the left of this whole thing. That is, the interface has become a mirror, as for users writing from right to left. Some menus in the settings of the android itself look the same way. The language is Russian. That's it, he won :) It turns out that he somehow randomly turned on the item "Force use RTL layout" ("display content on the screen from right to left for all regions") in the developer options. Disconnected, rebooted, everything is ok. Maybe someone will come in handy :)
