How to get application closing logs on android?

There is some application that is based on working in the background. On some firmware, the application closes after some time, although that application is added to all possible exceptions. Suspicions crept in that it was not the firmware that closed it, but the application ended with an error. I would like to get a log with application termination codes.
Working with android sdk is not a problem.
