How to keep tabs after closing Google Chrome on Mac OS?
The question is not new. I searched both in Google and in Yandex. Everyone has the same problem, and no one has found a solution.
When I close chrome with a combination of cmd + q, open tabs open again. When I close by clicking on the cross, there are no tabs.
0. I checked the box in the settings.
1. I heard about OneTab, I don't want to use extensions. Moreover, it does not solve the problem - the tabs are still closed, I just have to press the button that will open them for me.
2. Delete - tried to install
3. Tried to change the profile
4. Tried disabling all extensions
5. There is a second macbook, new, bought a week ago. On it, tabs were opened until today. Then they stopped, which is why I started looking for an answer. On the old poppy it never worked in principle.

CMD+SHIFT+T will bring back a closed tabbed window.
You can click many times (I don’t remember the number of tabs in the history - I have to look).
This has never worked for anyone as you describe, an example from FF bug reports -> https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=544880
9 years ago, stop inventing and writing all sorts of nonsense, this is a specific behavior for mac os.
