How to insure yourself against changes in the conditions on the site?

On site123 at the very bottom it says:

All rights reserved. For any use of site materials, a link to site123.ru is required.
1995-2019 © SAYT123, JSC

Those. It turns out that I can take data from their site, but I need a link. It's not a problem. However, it may happen that the site123 decides to change the wording and write "write permission required" or something like that. But of course, you do not follow this every minute. Is it possible to somehow protect yourself, play it safe?

Can. Conclude an agreement with the owner(s) of site123. In which to prescribe the conditions that you consider important. If the contract is signed, the relevant rules will apply to it.
