Hello.
I would like to install windows 11 in Russian on a virtual machine running VirtualBox.
Main OS: Windows 8.1 64x
DirectX 11, TPM 1.2, Intel graphics card (something there) 520.

Take VirtualBox or VMware Workstation Player, set Windows 10 mode and go.
