Is it possible somehow on virtual box or vmware to "see" the wireless adapter?

Is it possible somehow on virtual box or vmware to "see" the wireless adapter? The bottom line - I installed Kali Linux on one of the above machines, I prescribe iwconfig and I don’t see a single adapter, although there is one.

If the adapter is on a pci-bus or its varieties, then no.
If on the usb-bus, it must be disabled in the dom-system (I assume that through the network settings, if Windows) completely, then it can be forwarded to virtualbox.
On the other hand, it is not clear why you need it at all. If you just have the Internet in a virtual machine, then askubuntu.com/questions/282018/wifi-card-on-an-vir... You
can configure everything from the pictures.
