How to install Linux mint on UEFI tablet 4Good T101i?

I want to install Linux Mint on a 4Good T101i tablet with a UEFI BIOS. I ran into a problem that the UEFI bootloader does not see flash drives made in Rufus. Windows and EFI Shell only. Tried 4 different Linux distributors, not only mint, still can't see it. How to make it see the flash drive?
