Why the computer does not see disks?

I assembled a new computer (from the store), I first saw the purchased hard drive, then I installed 2 nvm.e2 ssd (intel, plextor) and hhd from the laptop and now the computer sees only intel ssd. How to fix?

@jotrib

And there is no 2 nvme.

- 1 x Ultra M.2 Socket (M2_1), supports M Key 2242/2260/2280 M.2 PCIe devices up to Gen3 x4 (32Gb/s) (with Matisse, Picasso, Summit Ridge, Raven Ridge and Pinnacle Ridge processors) ) or up to Gen3 x2 (16 Gbps) (with Athlon and Raven Ridge 2 processors)**
- 1 x M.2 connector (M2_2), supports M Key 2230/2242/2260/2280 M.2 SATA3 6.0 devices Gb/s

If hdd does not see it, then check this:
Connectors M2_2 and SATA3_3 have common lines. When using one of them, the second one is disabled.
