I cleaned the system unit, changed the thermal paste on the processor, the computer does not work. What to do?

My system unit began to buzz strongly, I noticed this when I could not fall asleep from its hum. I cleaned it a long time ago, a year and a half ago. As a result: a huge amount of dust in all, even the most hidden corners of the system unit. I took a screwdriver, unscrewed the bolts, took a vacuum cleaner, a brush, walked through all the clogged places. Got to the processor. Or rather, to a cooler with a heatsink, which are mounted above the processor. I think: “Oh, okay, walk like that!”, I removed the radiator, cleaned it, removed the old thermal paste, smeared a new one, put everything in place. I assembled everything in the reverse order, and joyfully I go to put the system unit in place. At first everything was fine, Windows started up, I started the game and decided to play a little for about two minutes, and that's it - the computer hung. "Okay, it will pass" - I thought. Restarted. The desktop did not have time to boot, everything hung. I restarted it five or six times - the result is the same (even did a system restore - it did not help). I decided to take it apart to see what was wrong with it, maybe the wiring moved away from the connector. Nothing. Put everything in place, and you have a new problem! The monitor does not turn on. Checked on the netbook - the monitor is working. I moved the monitor to the connector for the integrated video card in the motherboard - it works. Nothing has changed with the computer, except that it began to hang earlier. I decided to remove the thermal paste, and see if the thermal paste has leaked under the processor. Removed the paste, the processor is clean, put the cooler without paste. It became even more fun: after the windows boot menu, bsod pops up or the death screen, in our opinion. I do not know what to do. Any ideas? Maybe a wire has come loose from the connector. Nothing. Put everything in place, and you have a new problem! The monitor does not turn on. 1) Go into the BIOS ( F2 or Del at boot), find the Hardware monitor there . Watch CPU temperatures.
2) Check all the cables , for reliability, you can pull out and insert each
3) Check if the additional 4pin processor cable is connected 4 )
It makes sense to disassemble the power supply and look at the swelling of the capacitors at the input and output
5) Try to start the computer naked - without a video card and strips of RAM (except one), connect the equipment gradually.
6) If it loads, install AIDA64or a similar program and look at the temperatures of the processor, video cards, etc.

.Pasta removed, the processor is clean, put the cooler without paste.

Processor overheating. Perhaps you have already "burned" it without paste.
I do not know what to do. Any ideas?

Everything you could, you have already done. In no case do not turn it on again without pasta, take it to the service and warn that there is no paste.

I cleaned the system unit, changed the thermal paste on the processor, the computer does not work, what should I do?

Of course, contact a specialist.
PS. Given your epic, it's better to go to the store for a new computer
