Keyboard and mouse not working on Windows 10 setup screen, what should I do?

I tried everything I could, and all because I have an old BIOS American Megatrends 1985 - 2005 and there are no instructions for solving the problem, maybe I didn’t find it, but I suffered all day. And all the solutions that are not suitable for newer BIOSes, or I just haven’t found them, please help.
