ASUS Anti-Surge, or why did the system unit start to turn off?

Hi everyone, I ran into this problem yesterday. There is a system unit (backup workhorse), an Asus motherboard on board. Yesterday there was such a problem - the system unit began to turn off periodically, there was no overheating (I looked at aida).

I started to google the error - ASUS Anti-surge was triggered to protect system from unstable power supply unit . The problem is that the Asus internal software, in case of a power problem, turns on the security mode and extinguishes the computer, fearing the component will burn out.

Question: I sin on the power supply (I can only on it, because I'm not strong in hardware), how can I check if it's the case? Before you go and buy a new one, or is the main type of test a connection of a known worker from the store? And if it stops turning off, then goodbye old one?
