How to Fix Disk Usage to 100% Win 10?

I have a problem, is the disk often loaded at 100%? And I don't know what to do about it. I tried everything I could. I cleaned it, checked its status, defragmented it, checked it with programs, through chkdsk, disabled various services in windows, such as sysmain, windows search, and so on. Nothing helped, the disk is working, but it is almost always loaded at 100%, what should I do about it?
