Which processor to choose? Core i7 4790k or 6700k?

Hello!
I'm building a new PC
The situation is standard - for little money you need the very top.
There is a choice between Core i7 4790k or 6700k
Who understands what you can advise from these two?
So far I'm more inclined towards 4790k.
Will the 4790k become obsolete in a couple of years? Will the whole system need to be completely changed? All the same sockets different...

The 6700k will be faster, except for applications that use only one core, where the 4790k will benefit.
