How to install Gapps on Android 4.2 without flashing. Need detailed instructions or links.

I did this:
1. Install CWM Recovery;
2. Downloading the archive from gapps and throwing it into the root of the SD card;
3. We go into Recovery;
4. Select Install from zip file and specify the path to gapps.
