Is there a universal way to get root rights?

I know that there are many ways to get root, through firmware, through recovery and through apk. A copy fell into my hands: micromax q306 - Chinese cheap stuff. With a request to expose the root. I did not find custom recovery. Is it possible to put root on it somehow? Often you have to root devices, maybe there is some kind of universal way, for example through adb?

No, every time you need to look for some way. If there is no recovery and there is no way to assemble it yourself, then the only way left is through the patching.
Everything you do - you do at your own peril and risk!
If the bodies are on MTK (that is, it is recognized and works with FlashTool), this method helped me (root in the nameless Chinese Vertex Impress Play)
- We are looking for our own archive! firmware (from there you will need boot.img. At worst, you can save it through FlashTool)
- A backup is made through FlashTool. This at the same time forms a scatter that will be needed
- Magisk is installed on the phone and boot.img is uploaded from the firmware
- Magisk patches boot.img
- The patched boot.img is uploaded to the computer and stitched through FlashTool
PROFIT!
