Google Play refuses to publish APK update?

After downloading the updated APK (version number 2), an error pops up in the developer console:

This configuration cannot be published for the following reasons:
Version 1 is not supported in any device configuration. Instead of version 1, one of these versions will be installed: 2.
Multiple APKs may be used on some devices. In such cases, a later version of the file is selected for installation.

More than twelve hours have passed, and the new version has not become available to users.
Permissions remain the same, Uses Feature as well. There have been discussions on stackoverflow about problems with large file sizes, but this is not my case, since the APK weighs 300 KB.
In the new version, I'm using a new third-party library (in addition to Google's MapView, I'm using an analog from OSMDroid), can the problem be related to this?

@Alexko

Did you accidentally add apk in advanced mode?
In advanced mode, in addition to adding a new one, you must disable the previous version.
PS The mobile version of the market is updated faster than the web version.
