How to improve the ux-design of the file selector?

There is a site that allows you to download the series. At the same time, you can download in different quality and translation. To do this, there is such a block:
season selection -> quality and translation selection -> series selection
live example (click on "files and folders")
This requires the user to click 3, in addition, at the second step he may get confused, not understanding which translation is better.
There is a desire to improve this block. The first thing that came to my mind was to show the season selection, and then immediately the list of episodes in the most appropriate quality / translation (the highest quality and the most popular translation). And above, suggest changing the quality or translation using filters .
But it seems that it can be done differently and better, it just doesn't occur to me. Will be grateful for ideas from the collective mind;)

@taliban

1 let me choose a season
2. let me choose a series (I don’t care what series you still have with what translations if I want to watch exactly the 4th episode of the second season)
3. indicate what qualities and translations are (full list) BUT! the first link should go to _most popular_ so that I can click and download without choosing.
For me, this is the perfect choice.
